#NAPKIN25 Week 6 Results

Week 6 delivered boom-or-bust performances and quirky storylines in Napkin land. The Jets’ offense collapsed in London, and the Steelers beat the Browns handily. The Eagles’ offense sputtered again under pressure while risky play calls haunted the Lions. Overall: volatility reigned, and bench depth and waiver claims were the prime movers this week. With the stage set…

WEEK 6 HIGH SCORE | SWEETMACARONI 279.55 Points

A trading card for the week 6 high score in #Napkin25

SWEETMACARONI takes home the Week 6 high score title with 279.55 points. I could pontificate on Drake Maye dropping his first QB1 performance, or Rico Dowdle having the 5th most rushing yards on the season with just two starts…but no. The most interesting thing about this week’s winner is Sweet Macaroni. Turns out, Sweet Mac is not a starch-based superhero.

According to my admittedly brief amount of research, Sweet Macaroni is an award-winning racehorse. Winning races at Delta Downs and the Fair Grounds, and a stakes win at the 2005 LA Bred Premier Championship. I don’t know jack about horse racing, but it appears that winning is in this horse’s blood. Which makes you wonder, what were you doing with that horse, buddy?

WEEK 6 LITCH | SMOKEYROBBO 1227.1 Points

A trading card featuring the week 6 tournament leader for #NAPKIN25

SmokeyRobbo gets to wear the Golden Jersey for week 6, much to the chagrin of the guy in second (me). I thought I had my third Trading Napkin in the bag with that Bijan Robinson 81-yard touchdown scamper. But no! Smokey and his banditry finished second on the week with a crushing 276.05 points while riding Drake London to a near double-Napkin. Only one player has ever won both the weekly high score and the LITCH in the same week. Mr. Napkin 2023, MercuryRising70, was the first (and only) to do it in Week 11 of 2023, thus completing “The Chewbacca”.

WEEK 6 2HUNDRED CLUB | 51 Kings

A trading Napkin featuring the names of the teams that scored 200 points in week 6

We did it again. 51 unstoppable legends detonated the scoreboard and stormed the gates of the 2HUNDRED CLUB! This isn’t luck, it’s fantasy warfare at its finest. 2HUNDRED CLUB members don’t just play fantasy; we set the standard.

I’m thinking T-shirts…

WEEK 6 NAPstats

A chart featuring various stats from #NAPKIN25 for week 6

Only six undefeated teams remain. Will this be the year that 22-0 gets broken? I can’t say for sure, but what I can tell you is that if you drafted from the 1.12, it ain’t your year. Pick 12 has vanished from the Report Card, boasting zero Top 50 teams and trailing Pick 1 by more than 100 total wins. Brutal.

Meanwhile, the early birds are feasting. RB-RB from those front-end draft spots remains the gold standard of lineup builds…so far. Get those waiver bids in, and send those trade offers out because we are not even halfway through the regular season. There is still plenty of time to get on a heater and go 3-0 in the weeks that matter, the #YOFFS.
