Let’s take a look at who to target on your Week 11 Waiver Wire. In general, these players will be injury replacements or those who I think have a chance to break out.  Remember, it’s unlikely that someone here will be the next fantasy great, but you should find some low-end RB2s, WR3s, and bye week starters with upside potential. Most players listed will be owned at less than 50 percent according to FantasyPros’ consensus roster percentage.

Week 11 Waiver Wire- Quarterback Targets

Aaron Rodgers, Steelers (39.4% Rostered) | 5%-7% FAAB

Aaron Rodgers has been pretty disappointing this season, only finishing above QB15 twice.  Fortunately, one of those times was against Cincinnati, his opponent this week.  The Bengals have given up the fourth-most points to quarterbacks this season and 22.1 points per game over their last three games.  Rodgers will be a good streaming option this week and next week against the Bears.

Geno Smith, Raiders (12.2% Rostered) | 4%-6% FAAB

Apparently, Geno Smith and Pete Carroll have not found the magic they had back in 2022 when Smith was the QB4, but maybe they can capture a little of that this week against Dallas.  Not only has Dallas been the easiest match-up for quarterbacks all season, but with last week’s trade for Tyler Lockett, Smith has a receiver he knows and trusts to pair with the elite tight end, Brock Bowers.

Week 11 Waiver Wire- Running Backs

Woody Marks, Texans (67.1% Rostered) | 7%-10% FAAB

Woody Marks is finally becoming the feature back in the Texans’ run game.  He was on the field for 80% of the snaps on Sunday, resulting in 63 rushing yards, a touchdown, and 16.1 ppr points.  Additionally, he faces the Titans and Bills the next two weeks, both of whom are in the top six in points allowed per game to running backs.

Kareem Hunt, Chiefs (45.2% Rostered) | 5%-7% FAAB

In his last game, Kareem Hunt was on the field for 78% of the snaps.  Now it has been confirmed that Isiah Pachecho is going to miss some time with a knee injury. That, coupled with the fact that rookie Brashard Smith has not gotten more than three carries in their last two games, and only has one game with more than four on the season, and every indicator points to Hunt being their primary back.  Kansas City does have a couple of tough games against Denver and Indianapolis, but they have great matchups in Weeks 13-16, so stash him if you can, but only start him if you must.

Week 11 Waiver Wire- Wide Receivers

Alex Pierce, Colts (30.6% rostered) | 3%-5% FAAB

Alex Pierce is clearly the number two receiver in Indianapolis.  Over the last four weeks, he has averaged almost nine targets per game and 14.9 PPR points, making him a solid WR2 for fantasy. Unfortunately, he has a bye this week, then Kansas City, but he closes out the season with all favorable matchups.  Make Pierce a priority add for that final playoff push, and beyond.

Luther Burden, Bears (8.3% rostered) | 2%-4% FAAB

This guy is more of a speculative add.  Luther Burden is clearly better than Olamide Zaccheaus, despite the current target share, and Ben Johnson hinted had Burden would get more targets.  Of course, the Bears still have Rome Odunze and DJ Moore, but Moore is banged up.  Should he not be able to play, expect Burden to get plenty of targets. Even if Moore does not miss time, it is not unbelievable that Burden could pass him in targets the rest of the season. Drop those extra quarterbacks, tight ends, defenses, or kickers, and pick him up!

Week 11 Waiver Wire- Tight Ends

Dalton Schultz, Texans (31.2% rostered) | 3%-5% FAAB

It looks like the Houston offensive coordinator has finally realized that they need to get the ball out quickly with that porous line.  Since Week 5, Schultz is the TE8. Over that time, he has averaged almost eight targets and 13.2 ppr points per game.  He does not have the upside of the best tight ends, but he definitely has a solid floor every week.

Cade Otton, Buccaneers (32.2% rostered) | 3%-5% FAAB

Another tight end with a solid floor is Cade Otton. With Mike Evans out until at least the playoffs and Chris Godwin having no real timetable to return, Otton has been seeing plenty of targets.  Even with the emergence of Tez Johnson, Otton still has been getting over five targets per game all season.  Don’t expect another 17-point game, like last week, but he will continue to get around 10 points in ppr leagues, and he could break his season-long touchdown drought at any time.
