Scottie has been gambling on sports since he was 14 years old. Hopefully the cops don’t see this! His journey into fantasy football began in 1999, when his cousin invited him into a league. His first pick was Steve Young—a choice that taught him a valuable lesson, and that would be the last time he picked a quarterback with his first pick. Starting in 2001, Scottie became a commissioner of his first league, which included family and close friends. That very league is still run today, with the majority of its members being original.

Scottie really takes pride in his unorthodox predictions. They’re definitely not popular votes! He calls things before they happen, and he doesn’t just go by what happened the previous year—it’s all about trends! Watching all sports is Scottie’s favorite hobby. He’s also been playing fantasy baseball for more than 20 years and is open to any fantasy sport. He even played a couple of years of fantasy basketball, where he won during LeBron’s rookie year, and came in second twice in a fantasy hockey league after only playing those two seasons.
