Let’s take a look at who to target on your Week 13 Waiver Wire. In general, these players will be injury replacements or those who I think have a chance to break out.  Remember, it’s unlikely that someone here will be the next fantasy great, but you should find some low-end RB2s, WR3s, and bye week starters with upside potential. Most players listed will be less than 50 percent owned according to FantasyPros consensus roster percentage.

Week 13 Waiver Wire- Quarterback Targets

Cam Ward, Titans (8.9% Rostered) | 2%-4% FAAB

Ward has not been great this season, but since the Titans’ bye week, he has been the QB11.  He has a favorable matchup against Jacksonville this week, and it appears that the offense is much better than it was early in the season.  If you need a streamer, especially in superflex leagues, Cam Ward is a good option for now.

Jacoby Brissett, Cardinals (36.3% Rostered) | 5%-7% FAAB

Since taking over as the starter, Jacoby Brissett is the QB4 in points per game and should be rostered in all leagues.  He is a viable starter every week and, except for weeks 14 and 15 against the Rams and Texans, his remaining schedule is pretty weak.

Others to consider:

Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars (40.0% rostered) – I mentioned him for Week 12.  He has some great match-ups the next three weeks with Tennessee, Indianapolis, and the Jets.

Mason Rudolph, Steelers (2.3% rostered) – Desperation play if Aaron Rodgers is still out.

Shedeur Sanders, Browns (8.2% rostered) – Looks like he may be the starter going forward.

Week 13 Waiver Wire- Running Backs

Sean Tucker, Buccaneers (38.2% Rostered) | 5%-7% FAAB

Even if Bucky Irving plays this week, Sean Tucker has earned playing time.  Their opponent this week is Arizona, which has allowed the seventh-most points to running backs this year and just gave up 20.6 PPR points to Travis Etienne, Jr.

Devin Neal, Saints (5.1% Rostered) | 7%-10% FAAB

Alvin Kamara is dealing with a knee sprain and could miss some time, making Devin Neal the de facto RB1 in New Orleans.  He is definitely worth rostering as a potential flex/RB3 player given the volume he is likely to receive both in the run game and the passing game while Kamara is out.

Others to consider:

Dameon Pierce, Chiefs (3.7% rostered)Kareem Hunt leads the backfield at the moment, but I wouldn’t say that his job is safe.  It wasn’t that long ago that Pierce was a 1,000-yard rusher.

Raheem Mostert, Raiders (23.5% rostered) – handcuff for Ashton Jeanty, who has an ankle injury.

Week 13 Waiver Wire- Wide Receivers

Andrei Iosivas, Bengals (22.2% rostered) | 3%-5% FAAB

Joe Burrow should be back this week, and Tee Higgins has a concussion. That puts Andrei Iosivas in a prime position to get plenty of targets. This puts Iosivas firmly in the late WR2 to early WR3 range, and with Burrow at quarterback, he could easily be a top 15 receiver the next two weeks.

Jayden Higgins, Texans (22.7% rostered) | 2%-4% FAAB

It has taken a few weeks, but Jayden Higgins is finally emerging as the Texans’ WR2. With no less than seven targets each of the last three games and two touchdowns, it is clear that Davis Mills likes throwing to Higgins.  I’ll take the chance that C.J. Stroud will too, especially with match-ups against Indianapolis, Arizona, and Las Vegas in the coming weeks.

Others to consider:

Chimere Dike (16.2% rostered) & Xavier Restrepo, Titans (0.8% rostered) – Both appear to be developing a good connection with Cam Ward, especially Dike.

Kayshon Boutte, Patriots (21.8% rostered) –  is a boom/bust player with a great match-up this week.

Week 13 Waiver Wire- Tight Ends

Colby Parkinson, Rams (0.6% rostered) | 3%-5% FAAB

Over the last 3 games, Colby Parkinson is the TE7, and just last week, Tyler Higbee went on IR.  Clearly, Parkinson has earned the trust of Matthew Stafford, so expect him to be a TE1 the rest of the year, with top 5 upside when the matchup is good, like this week against Carolina.

Harold Fannin, Jr., Browns (45.6% rostered) | 3%-5% FAAB

Harold Fannin, Jr., hasn’t gotten fewer than four targets in a game all year and is averaging over 6 targets.  With Shadeur Sanders at quarterback, I think the floor will be 6 targets going forward, as Cleveland tries to build his confidence.

Others to consider:

Mike Gesicki, Bengals (2.5% rostered) – Clearly the number 1 in Cincinnati over Noah Fant.

Gunnar Helm (0.9%) & Chigoziem Okonkwo, Titans (15.7% rostered) – Both are playing over 60% of the snaps, and both are getting targeted by Ward; either is a decent streaming option with a good matchup, like this week.
