Grindberg and Bigz are back with another Fantasy Forecast to help you navigate the tricky starts and sits for the upcoming slate of games. Whether you are looking for a sneaky sleeper or trying to decide if you should bench your elite stars, we have the data-driven insights you need to win.

In this episode, we dive deep into the latest matchups and identify the players who are primed for a breakout. We discuss why Ja'Kobi Lane is a sleeper you cannot ignore in Baltimore and how Bhayshul Tuten has solidified himself as a lead back for the Jaguars. We also tackle the tough questions, like why Kyler Murray is a must-start against a Lions secondary and why you might actually need to bench big names like A.J. Brown and Jared Goff due to brutal defensive matchups.

Our team breaks down the latest defensive trends, including how the Vikings and Colts matchups will impact your roster decisions. We also look at Superflex options like Tanner McKee and discuss the potential regression for Bo Nix against the Chiefs. Do not let a bad matchup ruin your weekend. Grab your ID card, listen to the captain, and let us help you secure that victory.
